Title: Provisioning Clerk
Pay Range: $25,000-$40,000/yr
Reports To: Manager,
Provisioning – Director of Operations
- CTO
Job Summary: Assist with the delivery and installation of data communication,
managed, and co-location services for new and existing customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the
provisioning of all ISWest services including: DSL (ADSL,
SDSL & IDSL),
T1, DS3, OptiMAN, and GigaMAN circuits, as well as all co-location
and managed services
- Diligently
interact with clients providing wiring, demark, IP, and contact
information in a timely manner
- Place and manage
orders with carriers via telephone or online tools from start
to finish
- Verify and process
contracts from Sales
- Schedule technical
dispatch for customer demarc extensions and equipment installations
- Create
and escalate trouble tickets with partner companies for provisioning
issues
- Assist with auditing
of partner bills
- Assist with overflow
receptionist traffic in rare instances
- Assist other
departments with escalated requests and questions
- Monitor
and manage hardware inventory
- Complete all
assigned projects on budget and on time

Compensation:
An attractive compensation package will be provided including paid
