To support our clients in their certification audits, we provide your auditors with the appropriate documentation on ISWest's policies, controls & processes behind our services. This includes ISWest functions such as:

• Client Services & Policies: documentation of policies & procedures with which all clients must comply, such as security & access, policies for colocation participants, etc.
• Colocation Center Specifications: specifications on the Colocation Center structure, such as security systems, electrical plant etc.
• ISWest Services, Policies & Procedures: documentation of policies, controls & procedures for our services and personnel, such cabinets & power, policies & operating procedures for security guards, engineers and network technicians, etc.

ISWest is dedicated to supporting its clients in their own certifications by providing this documentation, plus a tour of the facilities conducted by the client's account manager and sales engineer.
