ISWest cloud servers consist of a pool of highly redundant servers and storage available in custom configurations to fit a client’s need. Cloud security ensures the safety of your equipment

Unlike other cloud offerings, all ISWest cloud servers are segmented on a client-by-client basis. As an ISWest cloud client, you are assigned your own private cloud that completely separates your traffic from other ISWest clients. In addition to a virtual network, every ISWest cloud client is assigned a dedicated virtual firewall and load balancer which can be customized to fit your needs. This dedicated firewall will not only protect your cloud servers, but can also provide VPN capability to connect your office directly to your private cloud.

• Hardware Firewalls: All unnecessary ports are locked down. Web servers have only ports 80/443 open. Additional ports may be opened at your request and at your own risk.

• Redundant DoS/DDoS Mitigation: DoS/DDoS attacks can take a site offline for days. Our mitigation appliances can distinguish good traffic from DoS/DDoS attack traffic and block threats.
• Secure Isolated Network Design: Our advanced network design separates web servers from database servers. Our secure design exceeds PCI and HIPAA compliance requirements.
• VPN for Secure Access: Administrator-level access to your Cloud Server is protected by VPN. Our cloud networks are compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.

1. Select a Size for Your Cloud Server: Sizes are measured by the amount of physical memory reserved for your instance and range from 1 GB up to 64 GB.

2. Select Your Operating System: Choose from a variety of popular 64-bit Linux® Distributions or Windows® Images. You can also add a SQL Server 2008 R2 database to your Windows image.
3. Your Cloud is up and running in just a few minutes: Using our online control panel and API, each Cloud Server can be upgraded or removed as your needs change. You can even manage your Cloud Servers on-the-go.
