ISWEST NAMES DREW KAPLAN CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Westlake Village, CA, March 31, 1997. Internet Specialties West, Inc. names Drew Kaplan as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Kaplan has been selected as an honored member of International Who’s Who for the year 1996.

Mr. Kaplan spent the last four years as CEO for Voice Telephone Company, where he was responsible for the entire operation from sales to managing the company’s fiber optic network.

While there, he established more than 1,500 retail customers and grew the business to well over $5 million.

Previously, Mr. Kaplan lived in New Zealand were he was responsible for the development of a 1,500 acre farm. He obtained approval from the local city council to build a 350 room Polo Resort and an 18 hole International Style Golf Course.

Mr. Kaplan holds a California Real Estate License and a degree in Marketing from LT University. He has attended numerous seminars on sales and marketing and is qualified to radically increase sales and decimate the competition by mobilizing Unconventional Weapons and Tactics.
