ISWest signed a 10-year lease valued at $2.5 million for 10,000 square feet of prime newly built office space in Agoura Hills, California. The office park, named (Canwood Corporate Center) consists of two 50,000 square foot buildings located freeway-close at Kanan Road. The new facility is located along the 101 corridor that is now being called the "mini Silicon Valley", straddling the Ventura and Los Angeles County line.ISWest has built a brand new, state-of-the-art Co-location Facility. The New Facility sits 2 blocks from the Pacific Bell Central Switching Office and only 2 miles from the Verizon Central Switching Office, giving ISWest a perfect geographical reach to service customers in the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas.

"There is no other facility of its kind within 45 miles," says Drew J. Kaplan, Vice President of ISWest. "We have built an Exodus style Data Center right here in Agoura Hills which will service all of the businesses from the San Fernando Valley to Santa Barbara." Currently, businesses have to drive to Burbank, Downtown Los Angeles, Marina Del Ray and even as far as El Segundo to get the same services that ISWest is offering right here in Agoura Hills.

The new ISWest Co-location facility features; raised flooring, Liebert down-flow (HVAC), APC (UPS) backup power, Kohler turbo diesel generator, double pre-action dry pipe fire system, dual sonnet fiber ring with redundant OC-48's. "Bandwidth will never be a problem for ISWest as there are enough extra pairs of fiber in our facility to grow to multiple OC-192’s," says Robert V. Johnson, President of ISWest.

To gain access to the Co-location facility, ISWest has installed Biometric Palm Scanners and Card Key access controllers. There are also High Definition security cameras with 24-hour digital recording throughout the facility.
