ISWest makes top 50 list of quickest growing technology companies in L.A.

AGOURA HILLS – ISWest, an award-winning business-to-business Internet Service Provider, has been named one of the top 50 fastest growing technology companies in Los Angeles by Deloitte & Touche, LLP, one of the nation’s leading professional services firms.

Rankings for Deloitte’s prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program for Los Angeles are based on the percentage of growth in fiscal year revenues over five years, from 1999 to 2003.

Drew J. Kaplan, ISWest CEO, credits growth to customer satisfaction, word-of-mouth, a first-class infrastructure and personalized service missing from the Internet industry. The company has also grown through acquisitions of other ISPs over the past five years.

To rank on the Deloitte technology Fast 50, companies must have phenomenal revenue growth over five years, added Tim Lovoy, partner in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice, Los Angeles.

Winners of the 20 regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America’s top 500 fastest growing technology companies. Last year, ISWest ranked among the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America.
