Power and Associates and his privately-owned consulting business, has been named Director of Operations for ISWest, one of the fastest growing technology companies in North America. Youngs began his professional career supporting the Chemical Engineering Department at North Carolina State University. Before joining ISWest, he was the Director of Technology Infrastructure Services with J.D. Power and Associates, a firm that conducts customer satisfaction research based on survey responses from millions of consumers worldwide. Effective immediately, Youngs is responsible for ISWest's customer service, provisioning and operations. He is also in charge of process development and employee development. Youngs takes over operational duties previously shared by ISWest co-founders Robert Johnson and Drew Kaplan, enabling them to focus on continued company growth.
