ISWest Named 22nd Fastest Growing Technology Company in Los Angeles

AGOURA HILLS, Calif. – Marking its third year in a row, award-winning Internet service provider ISWest has been named one of the top 50 fastest growing technology companies in Los Angeles in 2005 by Deloitte, one of the nation’s leading professional services firms.

ISWest ranked 22nd for growing 218% over the past five years. The company has placed three consecutive times on Deloitte’s Fast 50, which ranks the 50 fastest growing technology firms in Southern California. ISWest placed 18th on Deloitte’s Fast 50 list in 2003, and 20th in 2004. Fast 50 rankings are based on the percentage of growth in fiscal year revenues over five years, from 2000 to 2004. Less than one-third of companies make the Top 50 three years in a row.

ISWest attributes some growth to acquisitions over the past several years of six additional ISPs, making ISWest the largest Internet service provider in Ventura County, and the premier business-to-business ISP in Southern California. ISWest expects tremendous growth over the next five years and is currently ramping up a brand new sales department that will boost its organic growth by 50 to 60% next year.
